No engagement

Sending a form or email does not create an accountant-client relationship. An engagement begins only after scope, responsibilities, fees and acceptance are confirmed in writing.

Accuracy and changing rules

Tax law, administrative policy and filing requirements change. Although content is prepared carefully, no guarantee is made that every page remains complete or current for a particular transaction.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the website, test vulnerabilities without authorization, submit malicious code, impersonate another person or use content unlawfully.

Intellectual property

Website text, design and branding are protected. Ordinary personal reference and linking are permitted; republication or commercial reuse requires permission.
