Our commitment

GTA Accountant is a BOMCAS Canada website. We collect only the information reasonably needed to respond to inquiries, establish an engagement and deliver authorized accounting or tax services. This policy describes the general website process; an engagement may include additional privacy terms.

Information collected

The consultation form may collect a name, email address, telephone number, municipality, requested service and message. Technical logs may record an IP address, browser information, referring page and security events. Do not submit a Social Insurance Number, financial credentials, CRA password or tax documents through the general form.

Use and disclosure

Information is used to respond, assess service needs, prevent abuse, maintain the website and meet legal obligations. It is not sold. Service providers may process limited information where necessary for hosting, email, security or professional operations and must be selected with privacy in mind.

Retention and safeguards

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for its purpose or legal obligations. Administrative, technical and physical safeguards are used according to sensitivity. No internet system can promise absolute security.

Your choices
